WelcomeWe invite you warmly to the Astoria Hotel, located in downtown Cracow, in the heart of the former Jewish district - Kazimierz, not far from the Royal Castle on the Wawel Hill and the Main Market Square.
Our hotel with the upgraded three-star standard offers 33 comfortable, spacious rooms as well as luxurious suites and family studios. The whole object is air-conditioned.
You will soon convince yourselves that this Hotel is a charming one, the kind of always willing to return to. Your stay with us is a combination of comfort, home atmosphere and safety in the centre of Cracow, with a moderate price. As the only Hotel in this area, in order to provide you a safe stay and convenience, we provide an underground parking lot.
Taking care of our Guests’ safety, we possess a system of industrial cameras as well as monitoring by a security service.

Management and Staff of the Astoria Hotel
RoomsThe Astoria Hotel possesses 33 comfortable, spacious single, double and triple rooms as well as suites and family studios, offering all in all place for 71 persons. Each room is equipped with a bathroom with bathtub and dryer, satellite TV, radio and telephone. All rooms are air-conditioned. Each room has an internet access.
We’ve prepared luxurious suites for our most demanding guests, with an area of 50 square meters. All rooms of the Astoria Hotel have been designed according to the highest standards, enabling not only a comfortable rest, but also favourable working conditions.Our Hotel is also adapted for the needs of handicapped guests. We provide rooms for non-smokers. Pets are also welcome.
RestaurantThe cosy, sunny interior of the Hotel Astoria’s air-conditioned restaurant, the qualified staff but most of all the excellent Polish and international cuisine, a broad variety of wines and drinks guarantee our guests some tasty and pleasant moments.
Moreover, we organize banquets, all kinds of occasional receptions and catering including a complex service.
We provide place for 70 persons. At our customers choice, we organize also the musical setting of the events. An option for an additional decoration of the rooms as well of a professional florist’s services is given.
In the summer time, we invite you to our hotel’s summer garden.

Hotel Astoria offers a multi-purpose, equipped, air-conditioned room, with sound provided, which can be used in below settings:
Semicircle – to 25 persons
School setting – to 32 persons
Theatrical setting – to 60 persons
For less frequented meetings, we offer you our suites for meetings of between 6 and 12 persons.
We provide our guests with basic conference room equipment (flipchart, screen, TV, DVD, overhead projector). Additional equipment is available upon prior reservation, and for an additional fee.
Moreover, we provide the complete catering services of the conference, as well as translator services and complex travel and transport services. We can help you to organize a meeting of any kind, and our highly qualified staff shall do their best in order to make each of the meetings a full success.

Additional servicesThe highly qualified reception staff provides you with all kinds of tourist information, assists you in the organization of local excursions, reserves the transport and other services.
Moreover, we provide: laundry services, ironing, free of charge hotel safe deposit and luggage lockers at the reception, room-service.
Our guests may also use the sauna.
As the only hotel in Kazimierz, we provide our own underground parking lot for personal cars. Coaches can park on a guarded parking lot approx. 500 meters away from the hotel.
An earlier reservation is required due to the limited amount of parking space.
